Shipping Information

At the end of your transaction you will be able to select a shipping method.

Here's what each shipping method means:

1. Will Call (This feature means that your name will appear on the Detour Tickets presale list at The Venue the night of the selected concert. **There are NO PHYSICAL TICKETS for you to pick up**. You will need to bring a valid ID (School ID is o.k.) to the venue that night to gain entrance into venue. Also bring your printed receipt with all printed information and confirmation codes. If you lose your receipt you must at least bring your photo I.D.) If you are buying multiple tickets for you and your friends or family, the person who's name is on the will call list will appear with a (+) and then a number. (ex: John Smith +3) All of your group must enter at the same time. No one will be able to enter at a later time.

2. Pick Up at (The Rock Box Location)(This is for people who would like to use their credit card and pick up their tickets.) Use this shipping method and within 48 hours your tickets will be available for pickup at our main local outlet (The Rock Box located at 4307 Thousand Oaks, San Antonio, TX 78217) for directions please see our local outlets tab.

3. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. This selection gaurantees that your tickets are sent and you can track them using www.usps.com with your tracking number on your confirmation email. Tickets will arrive between 1-7 days. No one will be required to sign for this delivery.

***We recommend that you not select a shipping method 7 days before the concert or event you want to see. Use the Will Call or Pick Up option.

****VERY IMPORTANT**** Orders are processed daily by 5pm. If you placed your order after 5pm it will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Weekends will not be shipped until the next business day.
