TICKET PRICE STRUCTURE AND REFUND POLICY

The Ticket price plus service fees is listed for every event that we carry.

Detour Tickets Online service does add an additional fee for accepting credit cards and an additional fee if you select a shipping method. There is no fee if you select your tickets to be available at Will Call.

Fee Structure: Detour tickets adds a small Service fee to every ticket for it's service. This fee is there to help us cover our costs of doing business. Some shows add a Venue or facility fee. This fee is attached to a ticket when promoters have to pay a rental fee for using a facility. This fee will vary dependent on facility. There is sometimes a parking fee or other sort of venue fee as well. A Credit card fee is added to each ticket to cover the cost of processing your transaction. This fee goes to the credit card company. There is also sometimes a sales tax fee depending on how the promoter pays sales tax on the ticket. Some include it in the ticket price and some have to put it on top of the ticket price. Every show and every promoter is different.

Refund information: No refunds will be issued for a show that is postponed or moved due to weather or other complications such as sickness with artist or group or problem with a venue in which artist cannot perform. Artist has within 1 year of postponed show to reschedule a make up performance. Only If a show is completely cancelled will refunds be offered for your tickets. No refunds or reimbursements will be issued if a secondary band drops off of scheduled performance. To receive a refund if the show is cancelled you can take the tickets back to where you purchased them to get a refund. After two weeks of announcement of cancellation, Tickets will have to be mailed to our home office and refunds will be issued by check or money order. If purchased online your tickets will be refunded to the card they were purchased with.

Tickets will be refunded *** Minus (-) credit card transaction fees, ticket service fees, and any shipping charges. Only the Base ticket price will be refunded. All service fees and shipping fees are Non-Refundable.

Once purchased there is NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES of tickets.

There will be no changes to your order allowed. So make sure that you can make it to the show. If you don't know if you can make it please don't purchase your tickets online.

There will be no changes or additions to names associated with orders left for Will Call. Make sure the person picking up the tickets can make the show because we will not be able to change the order once it is placed. Easiest thing to do is put one name with a + for others. (example: John Smith +4) Make sure you put the last name of the person picking up the tickets. You will need to show ID (school ID is o.k.) to pick up your tickets and gain access to show.

Online tickets will only be offered up to the day before the selected show. If the concert is getting close to selling out or there is an extremely high volume of tickets being sold online we will pull the tickets off sale (internet only) 3 days before the show to clear credit card transactions.

There are 4 locations in San Antonio to pick up your physical tickets. You will only be able to get tickets at our physical locations the last day before the show, or at the door of The club the night of for CASH ONLY. Please note that the door price the night of show may be higher than presale prices.

Detour Tickets is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets. If you ticket stub becomes detached from ticket simply bring it with your ticket as the numbers and show will match.

Tickets are only valid for the event for which they are issued.
